• Overall management and control of Engineering and Construction activities in the package which includes Civil, MEP and fit-out for all back-off house areas (mechanical, electrical, IT rooms, staircases, steel works).
• Prepare scopes of work for structural and finishing works in the related packages, technical evaluation, execution and follow-up with the subcontractors/consultant.
• Managing look-ahead program for packages activities and works achievements as per the target schedule.
• Coordinate with all related functional departments to propose Value Engineering solutions.
• Lead coordination meetings with different parties and producing coordinated technical information to site.
• Prepare methods statements and material submittals for all activities related to the scope packages.
• Review/Approve subcontractor submittals including shop drawings, material submittals, design calculations and method statements.
• Reviewing concessions and deviation requests from Subcontractors and make appropriate recommendations to the Project Manager.
• Regular site inspections to ensure that the quality of installations is in accordance with the specifications.
• Ensure that the QOHSE norms agree with the company policies and management systems.
• Advice and orient technical issues to design team and mobilize experts if required.

• Design Management at Tender Phase. Undertake the responsibility of managing civil, structural, MEP consultants and planners. Identify the risks and opportunities associated to the project and provide the best value for money solutions. Internal and external interfaces for all the technical aspects.
• Analyse and manage risks associated to the project and manage cost assessment in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor.
• Provide input to feasibility studies, cost plans, and financial models including risk analysis.
• Review design information before it is issued to ensure compliance with contract and statutory requirements.
• Ensure appropriate, timely arrangements in obtaining client statutory approvals (including discharge) and other necessary approvals.

• Management, communication and coordination of Technical Innovations related to complex and parametric geometry, building maintenance, wind engineering, thermal simulations, structural design, installation methods and procedures.
• Normative and regulatory, ATEx (wind and fire resistance, seismic test): Technical advisor at the CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment, BRE equivalent) for CIRCA SA, Spain.
• Site supervision: IGN Météo France (Ministry of Ecology, Paris) - 30 million AED.
• Complex Design: Parinee Tower, Mumbai, India - 90 million AED.
