Objective: As PM during Construction of the new 22 storey level KSA Embassy and 16 storey accommodation Apts. in Cairo Egypt( Tallest Embassy worldwide)
Accomplishments:
• Concrete Column and Table construction, built to the exacting standards demanded by our client and consultants.
• With Superior bespoke design interiors with material gathered worldwide notably Marble & Granite from Europe and South America. A 3 storey e
• Extensive Podium connected the two towers from B1- G/f- 1st floor.
• Many special features that cannot be divulged here however, the biggest challenge to construct a helipad atop whilst other towers sat nearby.
Accomplishments:
• Successful implementation of 15m deep excavations through solid rock, Diaphragm walling, Dewatering at enabling stage.
• Construction Column/ Tables to 49 storeys, high end finishes, challenging programmes and Utility services to infrastructure, Extensive Kitchen Builds, close relationships with Kahrama, Ashgal, Qatar Cool and others. Apt and Room Mock Ups were built and rebuilt several times from discerning clients whereby design criteria of clients had evolved several times over the period. These Hotels were somewhat delayed during 2007+as a financial downturn took effect. Nevertheless, all were completed in the following 2 years.
