 Facilities Management: Advise and review of implementation of all aspects of FM processes (Hard & Soft services): Tendering, Awarding, Supervision and Review of Maintenance and Servicing of all contracts from Main FM service provider, to all specialist sub-contractors.
 Strata/Jointly Owned Property (JOP): Ensuring compliance regarding the establishment of the handover to the Owner’s Association’s, RERA requirements, and Developer’s fiduciary responsibilities.
 Support Services: Coordination with all UP corporate departments: Administration, Audit (Internal & External), Executive, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Projects, Purchasing.
