• Implement INJAZ curricula in compliance with Action Plan
• Ensure objectives and targets are met.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all activities, programs and success stories.

• Collect evaluation forms from volunteers or schools.
• Follow up on volunteers to deliver the Employment Program courses.
• Act as a liaison in all universities and colleges.
• Carry out campaigns in universities and colleges toattract youth interested to enroll in the Employment Program courses.
• Deliver reports to the Employment Program Coordinator as required.
• Support in attracting and retaining corporates thatare interested in youth employment.
• Conduct in- house and field visits, along with follow ups with corporate contacts related to youth employment.
