• Implement INJAZ curricula in compliance with Action Plan
• Ensure objectives and targets are met.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all activities, programs and success stories.
• Devise and implement a plan to increase the growth number of beneficiaries (students) in schools and centers.
• Collect school schedules in a timely manner.
• Contact volunteers to “match” them to schools and centers.
• Prepare and distribute “Matching Letters” to volunteers.
• Ensure implementation of all related quality components.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all related activities.
• Arrange the delivery of educational kits to volunteers and cover any possible discrepancies.
• Assist in the training and orientation of volunteers (CBOT and ITC).
• Attend selected volunteers' sessions.
• Follow up volunteer attendance; in accordance with INJAZ procedures.
• Follow up with school and MOE coordinator.
• Collect Enrollment Sheets and Graduation Sheets.
• Collect student names to prepare certificates.
• Prepare and distribute student certificates in schools and centers.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with volunteers to retain them.
• Solve any problems arising in cases of volunteers' dissatisfaction.
• Manage drop outs.
• Attend regular meetings with Volunteer Officer to coordinate and ensure a smooth attraction and matching process.
• Explain SAP and collect reports for Partnership Coordinator.
• Collect evaluation forms from volunteers or schools.
