*Develop a trusted advisor relationship and operating as the point of contact for assigned customers; receiving, handling and solving challenges faced by clients.

•Instructor of educational sessions to enhance the communication between the student and teachers thru using tablets devices.
•Developing the project through communicating with the technical support department as well as reporting the updates to the MOE.
- Collecting a business data for different organizations based on their requests thru running a poll by phone.
