Reoprting to Site Manager, involved complete billing Client, Subcontractor, Contract administration for a major Petro chemical Project at Dehaj, Buruch, Gujarat for ONGC Petro addition.
Reporting to area general Manager, responsible for commercial activities of of multipurpose tower building, 27 stories,
Contract administration, implementation of subcontract agreement, procure subcontractors by flooating enquiry, Monitoring and controling cash flow and receivable satus, Billing to client and approval of subcontrators bill, Evalute value Engineering and cost saving proposals, Interact with client and consultant on various commercial and contractual matters, Up date project budet as per the actual spending. Manage a group of Q.S's on daily activities
Reporting directly to CEO, responsible for all commercial and tendering activities of the company, Prepare initial feasibility study of tender document and advise company management about the scope of work to take decision whether to participate in bidding process. Manage a group of Q.S and Estimators on actual take off, detail analysis, Estimation, Enquiry floating, market rate analysis.comparative statement prepration etc. Prepare detailed analysis of direct and indirect cost analysis.
Study and propose total requirement of equipment, Pre- tender negotiation with sub- contractors, Prepare risk and opertunity analysis, Prpration of summary sheet, attending meeting with involved parties.
Reporting directly to the director, responsible for all tender division activities from receipt to final submission to the client.
Manage a group of tender division staff effectively to prepare tender calculations, Float sub contractors quotation, receive quotations, technical and commercial study of quotation, Evaluation of direct and indirect cost. correspondance with client and consultant, Recruit and evalute tender division staff, Prepration and presentation of summary sheet to management
Directly report to Managing Partner, responsible for all tender division activities
Make feasibility study of project, Advise M.P about the scope and risk factor's of porject, Assaign Q.S and estimators for project. Prepare and evaluate plant and Equipment for project, Prepare and establish labour rate for company, Cordinate with internal division, prepare summary sheet containing direct work, indirect work, labor and equipment cost, Monitor and evaluate performance of staff. Keep track of procurement datas
Responsible for Q.S. activities of off shore Petrochemical Structure.
Identify extra work from the main scope, process client invoice, Approve subcontractor's invoice, follow up MR with internal division,
Process Change order, Material Take off, Up date receiviable status, cordinate with internal divisions regarding the progress for payment purpose. Communicate with client and consultant. Attend internal meeting and meeting with client and consultant,
