Visit the warehouse to monitor actual stock levels and provide analytical support to maximize product performance, perform commercial and financial analysis, and liaise with the warehouse manager to follow up on deliveries and stock issues
Responsible for the management of range selection and space planning for the full store portfolio ensuring the space allocation for new and refurbished stores reflects the future needs of the business.
Create and Manage a store profiling system, allowing for the creation and maintenance of the store specific ranging and planogram in conjunction with the buying and supply chain teams.
Analyse sales reports and evaluate retail performance and set an action plan for better results
Ensuring the accurate capture of product images and dimensions to maximise use of the Spaceman planogram system.
Visit stores with stock issues, and analyse it, using KPIs for rotation and success at the overall, category, item and price range level.
Optimise shelf capacity based on required stock holding to maximise sales and GMROI.
Manage a team of 7 people for the space, range and planogram implementation.
Numerous new store openings and store renovations have been delivered, based on the study and analysis of competitors' activities and market share.
Management & Organising of periodic special store promotion (Crazy Saturday) which delivers a major campaign to local communities and reinforces the brand identity.
Follow up AC Nielsen’s insight reports for improved market performance
Supervising specific new store and development projects within deadlines, ensuring stores are correctly ranged to customer demographics’ and store format.
Product flows and adjacencies achieved to business strategy to give the best possible customer shopping experience.
Work collaboratively with store managers and leadership teams to deliver the specific brief.
Research and statistical analysis (NBS) for 36 stores across Lebanon. Dealing directly with customers to collate relevant information to formulate reports on various customer insights.
Handling logistics for specific marketing campaigns, product launches, events and strategic partnerships across the business portfolio of format stores.
Coordinating cross-functional team efforts to ensure the smooth and on-time implementation of initiatives
