-Installing, Servicing, Repairing, Maintaining and Troubleshooting all kind of Hotel propriety ( Air Con, Refrigerator, Motor, Kitchen oven, Gas Banner, Piping system, Electrical system, Welding, Carpentry, Painting, Fabrication, etc).
- Perform electrical and mechanical testing of equipment; diagnose mechanical and electrical problems; repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and controls.
-Check Repair Maintain the Generator and Fire system such as fire pump, fire smoke detector, heat detector, fire extinguisher and fire alarms.
-Work from sketches, plans, drawings, blueprints and specifications, maintain routine records related to maintenance and repair activities.
-Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program, Safety system, Emergency system and energy saving.

-Installing and Fabrication Metal plate, Metal Pipe and Copper Pipe
-Bending Metal Plate and Metal Pipe and Copper Pipe.
-Welding all Kind of Metal such as Steel, Metal, Aluminum.
-Brazing and Cutting the Copper Pipe and Metal Plate.
-Drawing Reading and Discussing.
-Using and Understanding all kind of engineering Tools and Equipment.

Maintain and repair all kind of machine, ( Water Pump, Motor, Electrical, Pipe fitting )
-Installing of Piping system, Electrical system, and Decoration.
-Troubleshooting of Electrical system, Motor, cold water / hot water system etc
