-Leads & manages all aspects of Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301), Enterprise Risk Management System & Information Security
-Manages various business system projects from in-house applications to directorate sponsored projects & corporate level projects; project management activities include requirement gathering, feasibility studies, project tender, functional requirement development, implementation, training, testing/UAT, vendor management, etc.
-Manages, as change management lead, various organization change projects undertaken at directorate & corporate level; projects undertaken include organizational wide cost/budget/contract optimization/mitigation exercises, corporate re-structuring, new business system implementation etc.
-Develops new or improves existing directorate’s procedural documentation (e.g. QMS, BCMS, procedural documentation), process documents, directorate/department mandates, job descriptions, internal & inter-departmental procedures etc.
-Conducts periodic internal audits to validate adherence of established & approved procedures/processes as certified internal auditor under ISO9001 & ISO22301; establishes, measures & analyzes critical success factors & key performance indices for various processes to ascertain the effectiveness & efficiency of directorate’s business excellence & service delivery
-Develops new or improves existing processes/procedures/policies to achieve business excellence & exemplary service delivery via in-depth & rigorous analyses & evaluations
-Manages budgets of CEO Office as budget focal point dealing with Finance Directorate as well as all matters related to Manual of Authority
-Manages all human resource personnel administration, recruitment activities, Qatarization efforts, training & development administration etc.
-Conducts & manages business researches & analyses, & interprets, evaluates, & interrelates research data & results, & thereafter presenting the findings & recommendations to directorate management

Reports to Vice-Chairman & Chairman/CEO of the Group
Responsibilities:
• Actively assisting Group Chairman in management of all executive matters, corporate strategies & management, corporate development activities, organization-wide cost-reduction exercises, & provide business support to Board of Directors
• Strategic planning & management at Group level
• Leading & managing commercial strategies (pricings, vendors & commercial terms) for all contracts & tender projects & strategic partnerships
• Responsible for Organization Change & Development-conducting organizational studies, process & procedures analysis, developing performance work measurement & rewards systems, managing cross-functional collaborations acting as internal business analyst
• In-charge of ad-hoc special projects such as project financing for FPSO/FSO, acquisition of Production-Sharing-Contract for offshore oil block in offshore Cambodia
• Development of strategic partnerships, international joint-venture & consortium on project basis with other international Oil & Gas and EPC players (legal & operational)
• Managing the Business Development & Marketing Team, Proposal & Estimation Team, Commercial & Procurement Team and IT Department
• Planning and executing all business development activities for the Oil & Gas market (FPSO, offshore platforms & rigs, topside process modules, living quarters & HVAC business segments) in South-East Asia, Australia, Europe, Brazil, India, Middle-east, South-Korea & China
• in-charge of Group marketing communication & PR activities
• Preparation & submission of project proposals, tenders & bids
• Engaging in commercial/contract management & negotiations, variation orders management, resolution of claims, milestone claims & amendments, renegotiation of T&C
• Working closely with project & procurement team on costing, budgeting & estimation
• Co-ordinate ISO9001 certifications & audits.
• Overseeing Group’s IT infrastructure & operations as Group IT Manager
