Project Executed
Road Administration Projects RA/133, RA/187 & KOC /577 from Ministry of Public Works and Kuwait Oil Company, in State of Kuwait
Supervised the overall inspection right from production, delivery and erection of Precast elements and conducted the product inspection as part of the delivery team of the project.
Independently implemented the quality control system in post-tensioning works for slabs and beams throughout the project. Introduced Key Performance Indices (KPI’s) for effectively monitoring the Quality Control Process flow.
Implemented quality control system in Hebel installation and finishing works.
Inspection & Test Plan were developed for all the construction activities involved in the project and effectively monitor the implementation.
Conducted Materials Technical Inspections for the finishing items like cladding works, Hebel works and Roof Waterproofing works.
Introduced cost-effective repair methodology for concrete works by saving money in repetitive repair works.
During Site-Wide Grout investigation for Post-Tensioning works we introduced X-Ray Scanning technology to identify the defective tendons before opening up any areas. It was an innovative technology in this field.
Safety appreciation received for 5 million Manhours without LTI.
Detailed study of concrete cracks in basement areas and resolving the same by crack injection.

Al Raha Beach Development Project in Abudhabi, UAE.
Successfully managed “C” class labs in Kuwait for the same project. Team of Lab Technicians, Document Controllers were working under me.
Established CMTE department for control & management of Measuring & Test Equipments’ in the Company (Survey Equipments, Laboratory Instruments & Cable Detectors, etc.) to ensure optimum utilization of company assets.
Functioned as a Front Line Engineer and coordinated with all inspections
Coordinated the timely completion of corrective & preventive actions on NCRs and CARs raised.
Cost Effective and timely approval of all construction materials required for the delivery of the project.

Served as QA/QC Engineer at Al-Naboodah Engineering Services in charge of network for potable water, irrigation, fire hydrant, storm water drainage, vacuum sewerage, L.P.G lines, H.V, L.V. cables, telecom, street lighting & roads for the whole Palm-Island.
Independently handled site execution, quality control tests supervision both in-house laboratory testing and external laboratory co-ordination.
Obtained approval sanctioning from clients and consultants for Potable Water Pipe laying in Sharquiyah Water Supply System in Wilayat Alkamil and road works in Wilayat Ibri.
Projects Executed
Sharquiyah-Water supply system involving a project worth 22 million Omani Rials which involves 7 major overhead tanks and water supply distribution network for the entire Wilayat of Alkamil.
Amala-Wadi Alain road project worth a value of 1.1 Million Omani Rials, involves 3 major culverts and stone pitching works in addition to 32 km asphalt road works.

4 Laining of Aluva-Angamaly NH-47 Highway Project which involves 3 Bridges of Span 42 meter each, Culverts, Drainage Works, Asphalt Laying, etc.
Teesta Hydel Project in which a 16kms Tunnel with Horse Shoe Shaped Structure, Shot creating, Rib Erection.
Vadakkapuchayar Earthen Dam Project where Spillway, Stone pitching and Drainage Constructions.
