Was working as an Associate Consultant for GENPACT Software Solutions (Formerly Known as GE Software Solutions), Hyderabad since Nov 2007. I was working on a Siebel Maintenance project, ITSSMMF project (Information Technology Shared Services for Mid-Market Finance) of GE Commercial Finance that supports different businesses across the globe with the focus on resolution of sales and service user issues.
