▪ Designated as Project Director - ICT, responsible for complete end to end project management of all ICT service and supply projects. Team size managed: 55
▪ Projects: Command and Control Room build for confidential client (2M USD), Ooredoo OSP Fiber Project (7M USD), Ooredoo FTTX Project (5M USD), QNBN OSP Fiber Project (10M USD) Ooredoo IBS Project (10M USD), SafeMed medical software implementations (1M USD).
▪ PMO Management - Developing & implementing processes and standards, project progress tracking, managing dependencies, communication planning, and cost benefit analysis, among other tasks for successful project delivery.
▪ Preparing Technical proposals, Project Costing & deliverable planning for New RFI, RFP, RFQ & tender submissions.
