Quantity Surveying and Contract Administrator duties

My duties for Hill International are to overseeing certain consultants and one of the largest main contractors Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) that is on certain contract packages for The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
I oversee correspondence that has been distributed between consultants and the main contractor (SBG) and then monitor and give guidance towards each activity regarding the potential claim.

Overall contract period I have been on site, between: May 2011 to present date (Note: this is the overall construction budget figure work for all projects for client Riyadh Investment Company $7, 733, 300, 000
• Work is all SBG Packages under: PPA 10, 30 and C01A, B and C, King Financial District for client Riyadh Investment Company.

Duties based on two projects in Dubai. Both projects were regional car parks for shopping centers, for the client who was Metrolink. The project values were for Jumeirah Car Park as $35, 500, 000 and for the Rashidiya Car Park was $25, 500, 000. The FIDIC 1999 for MEP work was used for these contracts.
