1. Duties & Responsibilities: (Design Stage)
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of work, cost and time of the projects based on signed Tender Documents.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance and coordination to all Trades to improve the design drawings, specification, and others.
• Coordinating to ensure that the Consultant’s design / specs comply to Operator and Authority Standards.
• Attend coordination meetings with the Clients, Operator and Consultants to ensure the smooth running of the Project.
• Responsible for reviewing Contract documents, specifications and drawings before floating for Tender.

2. Duties & Responsibilities: (Construction Stage)
o Responding to the Contractual correspondences from the Contractor to avoid conflict and claims.
o Responding to the Contractual correspondences from the Supervision Consultant with regards to Tender Documents to ensure the compliance of the Project.
o Review and advice the Employer on submittals for Value Engineering.
o Review and advice the Employer on submittals for Provisional Sum.
o Review and advice the Employer on submittals for Named Suppliers.
o Review and advice the Employer on Contractor’s Programme if necessary.
