• Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen mutual trust by quality service.
• Prepare and implement route plan and merchandiser’s journey plan.
• Book the orders by products as per Company objectives and Customer requirements as per route plan and follow up on all order process up to delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor with Merchandisers to ensure quality displays as per plan gram with maximum visibility.

• Major Retail Groups handling - Carrefour, Co-op, Lulu, Fu Com, Choithram, V
• Maintain client profile, monitor RSPs, record competitor activities and update. Plan and obtain approvals to implement specific promotions in potential out let’s to achieve Sales target set by management. Implement and monitor marketing strategies to ensure successful results.
