-Directs the quality control and quality assurance and technical services functions of the entire precast production
-Performing of full inspection of mould receiving and daily pre-pour inspection of precast components (2D_ column, wall, beam, duct, refuced chute, facade, planks, roof components & 3D_PBU)
-Carried out precast panel inspection at required various stage (post-pour &pre-delivery).
-Liaising with Engineer & RTO for scheduled or unscheduled inspection.
-Keeping all quality record and photos required by respective departments.
-Coordination and assisting to Engineer /Manager on quality matters of steel moulds or precast concrete components.
-Ensuring the quality of the production of precast concrete components in accordance with latest approved shop drawings, work instructions and approved quality control methods.
-Assisting to senior engineer in managing a team of production Supervisors and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components.
-Manage and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
-Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
-Coordinated with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
-Ensure to check all technical design and drawings ahead that they are constructible in actual practices.
Prepare shop drawings and as-build drawing whenever necessary.
-Monitored project progress, prepared detailed reports, and ensured timely completion of project milestones.
-Implemented QA/QC procedures to maintain high-quality standards and reduce construction defects.
-Monitored subcontractors' work & site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
-Responsible for structure as well as finishing activities such as plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping.
-Attend the inspections and ensure that the works are being completed as per project drawings and specifications.
-Supported senior engineers in the management of construction activities, including material procurement and labor management.
-Performed site surveys, collected data, and assisted in the preparation of technical drawings using AutoCAD.
-Assisted in the preparation of daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
