End to end recruitment including mass hires of Associates for all Transaction based processes and recruitment of Senior Management and Mid Management level roles for Support functions under strict TAT. This involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing offers.
Work closely with Business Heads, stake holders and HR Business Partners in identifying monthly indents as part of ramp up / backfill roles and recruit best talent within the prescribed TAT.
Use direct sourcing methods - job portals, newspaper ads, referral drives, etc for efficient and cost effective recruitment of Associate level roles.
Identify right placement agencies in hiring niche roles and work closely with them in bringing onboard the best talent.
Conduct monthly panel based interviews for all Associate level roles, which also includes conducting competency based assessment tests.
Complete all pre offer formalities like Management Clearance processes, etc. for selected candidates
Work closely with respective Hiring Managers and the Rewards team in preparing salary proposals, negotiation of salaries with candidates and drafting of offer letters.
Work closely with the operation Immigration teams in completing the visa and onboarding formalities of all in country and outstation candidates.
Responsible for providing weekly and monthly MIS reports on hiring for various decks - GM HR, Head HR, COO, CEO, etc.
Responsible for conducting bi weekly meeting with respective Business Heads in updating recruitment status and plan on hiring strategies Coordination for group Insurance/ Medical/ Emirates ID/ Tickets/ onboarding from outside country.
Visa processing for White & Blue collars
Worked extensive with top management for welfare and growth of
the Employees & Organization. Handled 7 branches in Mumbai
region with a team of 6 members for employee size of 2, 500.
Meticulous knowledge of key skill testing for candidates end-to-end
recruitment, Payroll, Engagement. Strategic planning along with
HOD's and design and implementation Balance scorecard for the
management
