1. Planning branch parts inventory as per parts movement.
2.Training new sales associates.
3. Determining replacement parts required according to inspections of old parts customer requests and or description of malfunctions.
4. Suggesting of additional related parts to improve sales orders.
5. Advising customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements parts are not available.
6. Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Parts manager.
7. Comparing and contrasting competitive models of vehicle parts that each takes.
8. Examining returned parts for defects and ensuring exchange or refund of defective parts or money.
9. Recommending sales promotions and campaigns.
10. Qualifying buyers by understanding buyers’ requirements and interests.
11. Leading the sales force to meet sales targets.
12. Arranging customer retention programs.
13. Reviewing customer database to ensure close contact with customers
14. Checking requirements of customer and refer to catalogue (FAST) for Part Numbers.
15. Preparing cash and credit invoices for customers.
16. Supplying the correct spare products to customers.
17. In case of outdoor sales, visit all customers regularly and ensure daily reporting/ attainment of set objectives.
18. Product merchandising on shelves to ensure that stock availability to achieve set budgets.
19. Managing and achieving parts sales targets according to plan on a monthly basis.
20. Accepting orders and contacting customers once parts are available in stock from the supplier
