I have been working with Hill Robinson company in Riyadh which works for the UHNWI's Residence,
I joined the company in 2019 as a butler position with the UHNWI's Residence
and in 2020 I have got promoted to Senior Butler, since then I was holding this position . apart of being responsible of the daily operations and organizing events services for principles and their guests, I was in charge of doing onboarding introduction with new joiners, creating a sequence of service standards as per the company and principles preferences, organizing and preparing the daily/weekly Training plans for Steward's, junior butler's and butler's, procurement orders through to birch street system
Inventory control of luxury brands of chinaware, silverware, glassware, and
And safety Training for BOH and FOH

My overall experience combines the position of a restaurant manager and Butler's supervisor at Royal Palace UHNWI's Residence

Supervise all the waiters and assistants waiters to meet all the company
standards about service and hospitality.
Constantly maintain high customer service standards, handling of
cashiering responsibilities, and the checking of control
procedures.
Responsible for serving all food and beverage items according to use records
and established procedures.
Cleaning of Public areas (lobby, foyer, toilets, gym & recreation area,
restaurants, staff.
Conducts briefings to ensure that the hotel activities, events and operational
requirements are known.
Responsible for the operations within the outlet, staffing and roster, stocks
and inventory
control, training and development of team members, guest relations, food
and safety standards.
