Waste water Treatment Plant in Dammam 1 Industrial City (WWTP), Client - Saudi Industrial Property Authority, Consultant from MODON side is CH2M OLAYA.
The scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning of Wastewater Treatment Plant for Dammam 1 Industrial City, using MBR & RO System.
I am project engineer for the said project will all responsibility.
Aluthgama, Mathugama & Agalawatta Integrated Water Supply Project, National Water Supply and Drainage Board, Sri Lanka.
The scope of work includes Intake water pumping station design, Transmission pipe line design, Water Treatment Plant, Water distribution pipeline design, supply of water to Underground and Over Ground reservoir and water tower.
1. Designing of all types of Pumping Stations including selection of pump, valve, crane and other related equipments, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, technical specification, design calculation, technical and price negotiation and layout drawing preparation,
2. Well versed for Mechanical Rotary Equipment.(i.e. Preparing specifications, data sheets, offer evaluation, TBA, vendor drawing review, layout preparation selection & purchasing of Rotating Machinery such as Compressors, Turbines, Pumps, Agitator, Blower, Air Drayer, Centrifugal Fan etc.)
3. Experience of material handling equipments like belt conveyor, cranes, hoist etc.
4. Pipe line transmission and distribution network design, rain water harvesting network design.
5. Selection of all mechanical equipments like pump, blowers, valve, compressor, air drayer, Fan, etc., as per system requirement.
6. Preparation of valve, Pump, Pipe, hoist & crane schedule and raise their requisition to purchase.
7. Hydraulic calculation of Water Treatment Plant.
8. Design of pipe line network using WaterCAD, WaterGems & Epanet software for water distribution.
9. Knowledge of CPHEEO manual, HIS, IS, BS, ASME, ASTM, NFPA, API Standards for relevant experience field.
10. Preparation of master drawing list for engineering document and maintain the status to meet the submission date to client for their approval.
11. Responsible for vendor drawing checking and vendor drawing approval and monitoring for the same. Co-ordination with internal and external customers.
12. Technical discussion with client for drg/doc. Approval, Lead engineer of projects & coordinate with site to solve the engineering problems.
13. Vendor follow-up for their technical, commercial document & drawing submission.
14. Interdepartmental co ordinations for submission of Drg/doc. to client for approval.
15. Synchronize the supply & site works by realizing drawing at site.
16. Floating of project tender for mechanical equipment of WTP, STP, Water and sewage pumping station, Hydro power projects.
17. Responsible for overall procurement action in form of generation of purchase requisition in Oracle ERP Module.
18. Responsible for technical and commercial evaluation of vendor offers including vendor correspondence.
19. Generation of purchase order after technical and price negotiation with vendor in ERP Module.
20. Responsible for vendor drawing checking and vendor drawing approval and monitoring for the same.
21. Overall project procurement action monitoring, Technical Evaluation sheet preparation, PO placement monitoring, Vendor drawing review and approval monitoring. Generation of overall project procurement status report, Project billing status report, Vendor Relation Management activity, in ERP Module and monitoring for the same.
22. Overall managerial responsibility of procurement action of all supply equipments as a Head of the department.
