Key Responsibilities as Project Coordinator (Dec09 - May’14):
• Efficient Resource Allocation: Orchestrated work module allocation to various teams within my purview and meticulously monitored progress to ensure on-time completion and optimized resource utilization.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitated effective communication with the main contractor and MEP contractors through site meetings, overseeing project team members, including supervisors and technicians, to ensure timely and contract-compliant project delivery.
