• Installation, Testing, Termination & Commissioning of 11KV underground cables at K3- Second phase for Command of Military Works @ Zayed Military City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Handling the PLC & Instrumentation activities for Tabreed ETS Stations @ Presidential Guard camp, Mahawi, Abudhabi, UAE

• Carried out the survey, installation and commissioning of Electro project soft torque system at various offshore rigs.
• Designing, Developing programs for various PLC relay systems used for load banks and Worked on various brands of Soft-Starters, Variable Frequency Drives and PLC relay systems (ABB, Siemens, Omron, Twido)
• FAT and SAT testing of generator control switchgear equipment. Power & Control wiring and Scheme checking of Low Voltage Switchgear Panels, Motor Control Centers, UPS, Battery Chargers, VFD Panels, Lighting & Power Distribution Boards and Implementation of the electrical & instrument design.
• To do site surveys, daily site reports & to undertake technical evaluations.
• To prepare the specifications, as built documentations, work progress reports, PR etc.
• Carried out the maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of low and high voltage power circuit breakers.
• Carry out Megger and Ductor testing as required.
• Provide inputs while designing of new control systems, clientele handling, Vendor Coordination, attending client meetings on behalf of the company, co-ordinate the work, materials supply and logistics in various projects.
Project : EPIC for New Desalination Plant and Portable Water Storage Tanks at Halul Island, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs for the works as detailed in relevant Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP’s), report findings and Recommendations.
• Planning and submission of everyday inspection schedule to the client and Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Ensure the inspection requirements (Testing -FAT, SAT, Calibration of field instruments, functional check, loop-check) for all revamp/ modification jobs in running plant.
• Conducting pre-commissioning checks and tests as per the laid down procedures for MCC, LV breakers, HT breakers, HT cables, such as Hipot test, cable tray installation, lighting fixture and receptacle installation etc.
• Ensure implementing the QP quality procedures by all project team & ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and monitoring the various activities of Electrical and instrumentation & reporting for any non-compliance (NCR) & ensuring the NCR closed
• Assist and work with design engineering team for the preparations of as built drawings as per the changes at site and approve the same & to raise the client inspection requests for equipment’s commissioning and monitor the commissioning activity at each stage.
• Ensures that all works are carried out as per safe working practice and according to contract specifications, approved construction drawings, and approved procedure.
• Conduct inspections related to the execution of punch list items.
Project : EPC for ASAB Full Field Development Project, Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations, U.A.E
Responsibilities:
• My role within the project was the implementation of Electrical related Quality control activities for the works as detailed in relevant Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP’s)
• Co-ordinate and assist with senior & client’s quality control representatives for the effective integration of quality control daily activities.
• Coordinate safe work practice for erection /site related work, installation of instrument panel, DCS expansion system, pressure transmitter, small power cabling support system and its installation as per NEC.
• Inspect and satisfy myself with the completed work before requesting ADCO approval or inspection
• Planning and submitting the requests for client’s inspection (RFI) during each electrical equipment installation and to verify the quality of work/materials/ drawings / documents.
• Assist and work with design engineering team to develop the as built drawings as per the changes at site and approve the same.
• Raise the client inspection requests for electrical equipment’s commissioning and monitor the commissioning activity at each stage.
• Check and verify the electrical equipment’s maintenance procedures & Develop periodic maintenance schedules.
• Ensures that company safety policy (H.S.E.), operating procedures, instruction and methods are applied.
Projects Handled:
• Power supply for water injection pump 113-G-0282 @ Abqaiq well # 936.Saudi Aramco.
• Installation of Overhead power lines for giving power supply for Khurais oil wells, Saudi Aramco.
• Cable Installation and Electrical services for western regions, Yanbu Refinery Saudi Aramco, Yanbu.
• De-mothballing of Al-Muajiz terminal berths for ship to ship lighting operations, Saudi Aramco, Yanbu.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination with engineering department for preparation of Single Line Diagrams & SAG Calculations.
• Leading the Installation of 13.8 KV, 3 phases, 4 wire overhead distribution lines for giving power supply for various oil wells & gas wells.
• Performed the Installation of channel base, Switchgear & MCC orientation, alignment for each unit, equipment earthing and testing, bus duct installation, bus bar joint & ductor test.
• Power & control cables glanding & termination and testing of Switchgear & MCC and handled the switchgear function test with Vendor.
• Final visual inspection of fire and gas alarm system & Installation inspection for fire alarm conduits, fire alarm cables, detectors, manual call points, and fire alarm control panel.
• Conduct onsite inspection to ensure that the work performed conforms to Saudi Aramco engineering standards, drawings & specifications.
• Responsible for various electrical maintenance & testing projects in yanbu refinery.
• Preparation of weekly / monthly reports for management and client.
• Inspect project site to monitor progress & ensure conformance to design specifications & Safety standard.
• Power cable insulation resistance & continuity test, IR & Continuity test on trench, cable dressing and marking.
• High voltage test, cable glanding, identification & termination for each cables, and final visual inspection.
• Installation inspection of Lightning protection system, area grounding system inspection and final visual inspection.
• Verify the quality of drawings / documents/ materials & works.
• Follow up Saudi Aramco typical inspection plan (SATIP).
• Raising the RFI (Requests for inspection) by QMIS &Preparation of SAIC (Saudi Aramco inspection checklist).
• Performing the testing & maintenance of low voltage power circuit breakers, testing of bus bars, CT & PT.
• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Rectifier panels, RTU and RMU Panels at Cathodic protection Stations.
• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of Rectifier panels, Generator test sets, Invertor test sets.
• Maintenance of MCC panels for workshop/Factory /Plant Monorail cranes.
