Promotes/sakes/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a
relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best
suited to their needs.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers to
generate new business for the organizations.
Make telephone calls and in person visits and presentations to customers.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for all customers.
Execute all transaction quickly and accurately.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Creates and manage a customer value plan for existing customers.

Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems and
interests, competitive.
Keep store in tip-top shape. Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor area.
Help sniff out innovative ideas to improve store process and performance.
Adverting and promotional trends through the reading pertinent literature and
consulting with marketing and technical servicing areas.
Maintaining good relationship with customers Meeting monthly target.
Recommend selections that meet the customer’s needs and emphasize selling points of
items such as quality, utility, versality etc.
Responsible for getting sales and meeting client for the firm.
Calculating premium and policies according client requirements.
Responsible for good relation with students and parents.
