Key Achievement:
Inventory
▪️Family level Catg level storage zone segregation helped the PA ipp increased by 23% due to less movement and also system poke yoke done to avoid the NC.
Helped OB to reduce the pick2pack damage control by 0.5% to 0.10%.
▪️Implemented Chaotic PA in same Family level, decreased the picking crowd during Sale days.
▪️Bin size reduction for the Apparels/H&B to control the sku dept on location level and also reduce the picker search time.
▪️Instead of W2W smart Audit started in the missing / picking&PA zone level % to accelerate on the reduction of picking missing rate. Reduced the missing rate to 25 to 2/day.
▪️Reduced the PickZone to decrease the picker travel time - leadership mission was more the speed than productivity so picklist batch sized reduced to 12items.
▪️Aisles level criss cross picklist creation logic build to avoid the picker in necessary movement.
Above AP+OB initiative action helped the OB to enhance the picking ipp-32%.

Return:
▪️R2S lead time reduced to 12hrs from 28hrs - 99%tile.
▪️Customer Return re-Inventorization % increased to 80% for the soft line and 50% for the hard line. Non Delivered re-Inventorization 98% for the soft line and 95% for the hard line.
Overall re-inventorization increased by 30% thru multimodal action points.
▪️LQD QC rejection reduced from 10% to 4.5%.
▪️Part of 430cr Return loss reduction team.

▪️Done ISO lead Auditor Certification.
▪️TAPA Certification.
▪️Lean GB project on the Brand Validation reject value reduction.
