Preparation monthly financial reports and performance packs for KCB Investment Bank, a subsidiary of KCB Group.
• Preparation of Quarterly Board Paper which is presented to Management Committees.
• Preparation of competitor analysis reports between various investment banks within the industry which informs the management in decision making and performance in comparison to industry peers.
• Coordinate external audit and ensure that all GL lines are well supported and prepare the annual report in compliance with IFRS standards. In addition, I support external audit by Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE)
• Filing of tax returns to Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Preparation of annual budgets and prepare forecast reports presented to management committees.

Key Achievements

I was lead in successful implementation and adoption of intercompany module in Oracle Fusion. This has ensured that all intercompany transactions are accounted for by all entities.
