Building Relationships with Colleges:
Develop and maintain relationships with college admissions officers to stay
informed about their admissions criteria and programs.
Serve as a liaison between the school and colleges for information and events, such
as college visits or interviews.

Organize and oversee educational programs across government and private schools
in Qatar.
Coordinate charity events, ensuring alignment with educational goals and
community engagement.
Liaise with schools and administrators to ensure smooth program implementation.
Financial Management and Project Closure:
Monitor and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring expenses align
with approved installments and financial plans.
Review financial statements and ensure accurate tracking of all expenses related to
the programs.
Oversee the closure of projects, ensuring all financial obligations are met and
documented.
Invoicing and Payment
Create and issue invoices for participating schools, information is and aligns with agreed‑upon terms.
Resolve any billing errors promptly to maintain strong relationships with
participating institutions.
Process payments received and post amounts to the appropriate school accounts.
Accounts Receivable and Credit Management:
Monitor payment status and follow up with schools that fail to respond to invoices.
Prepare and submit statements to the credit department for further action if
necessary.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all financial transactions related to the
programs.
Business Planning and Development Support:
Contribute to the development of business plans for new and ongoing educational
initiatives.
Provide support for business development activities as needed, including market
research and strategic planning.
Assist in identifying opportunities for program expansion and improvement.

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via online channels.
Provide information about the banks products and services, such as checking and
savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any banking issues or concerns in a timely
and professional manner.
Account Management:
Assist customers with opening, maintaining, and closing accounts.
Help with updating personal details, such as addresses or contact information.
Provide support for account‑related issues, such as lost or stolen cards, account
holds, or transaction disputes.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including account discrepancies,
fraudulent activity, and technical issues with online banking.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed
satisfactorily.
