• Manage and responsible for sales revenue and growth plan for Human Resources Magazine, which was launched January 2012. Alongside work on other title, Marketing Magazine.
• Build a fresh new clientele base through various selling technics. Possess strength in both direct business deal and work closely with major media agencies.
• Making sure title is circulated to its target readers and magazine is published according to deadline. Work well under pressure and deadline.
• Managing and maintaining existing advertisers’ accounts and in the same time look for new potential leads/advertisers.
• Liaises with different departments; Circulation, Design making sure that magazines are circulated and read by the target readers.
• Making sure that magazine is published on time, met the monthly deadline and achieved the targeted team target.
1st Project: Integrated Resorts & Entertainment Conference, Singapore.
2nd Project: Luxury Brands Conference, Shanghai.
• Sell and promote company’s sponsorship packages of conferences to related companies.
• In-depth research on companies and their organizational structure, identify the right decision maker of a particular company.
• Making sure that events are properly organized and run according to their schedule and right target audience is met from the sponsor’s point of view.
• Accommodate sponsor’s needs and wants, to assist in achieving ROI.
