Responsibilities include:-
1. Responsible for complete electrical installation.
2. Carry out all required check and review of electrical design and load calculations.
3. Prepare material take-off and costing for change order or work variation.
4. Conduct regular site inspection and evaluate for progress billing and monthly report.
5. Involved in coordination and completion of ELV (BMS, Security, telecommunications systems), Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting Systems.
6. Involved in the design and estimate for various residential and commercial building.
7. Attend regular site meeting for proper coordination with main contractor and other trade or services.
8. Prepare and check as-built drawings and ensure conformity.
