Responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring that all work carried out complies with standards and guidelines
Ensure all branch administration is completely accurate according to company operating procedures, and deadlines are met.
Complete price and service quotation, seek approval from appropriate manager and submit to customer.
Identify customer needs or problems, develop and present solutions or options.
• Document actions taken by entering required information into Carmatec’s contact management system with full compliance with CRM.
• Complete activity and sales reports and keep accurate record of travel and entertainment expenses
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsibile for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
