Installation and maintenance of PLC Automation projects such as AUTOMATED CARWASH CONTROL SYSTEM,
DPWORLD GATE AUTOMATION SYSTEM, RAMP OCCUPANCY AUTOMATION.
• RFID (RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION), ANPR system configuration and installation.
• Industrial computers and I/O controllers service and configuration : NEXCOM, MOXA, VIPA, WAGO
• Performing preventive maintenance and governance for installed devices and negotiate AMC professionally in line with
local regulations, legislation, international standards and best practices.
• Utilized CRM, internal systems and databases and created service plans
• Conducting Training sessions to customers about operation.
• Testing hardware, firmware, and software solutions
• Experience with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT related hardware (routers, switches, servers)
• Working together with sales and finance team on tenders and order.
• Designing templates for all documentations and drawings related to service and maintenance calls.
• Provided on-site field technical support, including, but not limited to, end-user problem-solving with accuracy.
RFID and ANPR based gate controlling project in DP WORLD- installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of devices
such as RFID reader, ANPR camera, gate control KOISK etc.
• Android and ultrasonic sensor-based carwash control system in all ENOC petrol stations- installation, maintenance and
troubleshooting of devices such as industrial PC, ultrasonic sensor, VIPA (modebus interface), LED modules, KIOSK etc.
• Creating and publishing of technical documents.
• Conducting Training sessions to customers about operation.
• Support technical evaluation, for selection and finalizing Equipment
• Completing work orders - internal and client side.
• Installation and maintenance of R&D projects for client like ENOC, DPWORLD, DM, DOT Abu Dhabi
• Planning and Forecasting resource requirements, material requirements, equipment requirements etc…
• Day to Day work planning.
• Arrangements of WORK PERMIT according to day to day work.
• Discussions with client Engineers.
• Analysis of day to day progress in work.
• Safety Analysis of man power and plant safety.
• Prepare the issue of all important commercial, administrative and technical documents.
• Preparation of reports concerning the progress of each project
• Reporting the progress in work to Client Engineers.
• Managing Erection and Commissioning of various Instruments.
• Reporting the works done till the plant running.
