Maintenance Engineer: reports to Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Officer.
• Leadership and motivation of subordinate engineers and technicians.
• Installation and repair of PLC's, SCADA, Automatic storage & retrieval systems, Advanced Logistics Systems and robots.
• System monitoring of SCADA and DCS to ensure smooth airside and landside flow of cargo at Dubai Cargo village.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities on the equipment/vehicles and plants to ensure reliable and optimum utilization of the equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults & defects effectively on equipment/vehicles and plant under breakdown ensuring that equipment downtime is minimized.
• Continuously suggest and implement modifications on the equipment’s/vehicles to reduce maintenance costs and improve performance & safety of the same.
• Ensure that standard safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities to prevent any personal injury or equipment damage.
• Conduct weekly safety observations during work activities to identify and ensure conformance to behavioural safe practices.
Reports to Principal Consultant/ Managing Director.
• Supervision and motivation of subordinate engineers and technicians: project planning and manpower allocation.
• Project management, risk assessment and project scope creep mitigation.
• Planning, design and implementation of access control and automation systems for office building, private
residential villas, schools, hostels, industrial factories etc. with
the aid of AutoCAD, Proteus7 and other design and testing software.
• Access management and network administration of privileges for VCE access control users in office
environment, private residential villas, schools, hostels, industrial factories etc.
• Design, installation and after-sale maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals and operating system for luxury apartments, villas and schools.
• Design and after-sale maintenance of cleaning robots and cranes.
• Maintenance planning and repair of cleaning robots, cranes, residential automation systems.
Electrical and Instruments engineer & Project Planning Engineer: reports to Program manager/ Managing Director and client's Project manager.
• Project planning and roll-out of electrical & Instrumentation phase.
• Project scope creep control of electrical and instrumentation works for installation and implementation of SEPLAT Liquid Treatment Facility project (phase 1), Amukpe flow station, Delta state.
• Carried out reviews and modifications of Electrical, Piping and mechanical design drawings to ensure smooth transition into implementation phase.
• Quality control inspections of fabricated piping spools to ensure design compliance to electrical specifications of client's company in accordance with IEEE standards for oil and Gas industry, and 'hot' environments.
I.T Systems Engineer: reports to Head of Department, Information Technology- Airport Operations (BI- COURTNEY AVIATION SERVICES).
• Maintenance and repair of all computer systems, Flight Information Display systems, X-ray baggage screening machines and conveyor belt systems at Murtala Mohammed Airport 2 (MMA2), Lagos, Nigeria.
• Provision and maintenance of uninterrupted data and voice connectivity service infrastructure for the airport operations at Murtala Mohammed Airport 2 (MMA2), Lagos, Nigeria.
• Planning, design and implementation of Public Address system at Murtala Mohammed Airport 2 (MMA2), Lagos, Nigeria.
• Installation, repairs, and maintenance of access control automation systems.
• Access management and network administration of privileges for VCE access control users within the airport terminal.
