Acute Burn Intensive Care Unit, with 16 beds and its own operating room. Hospital Sao Paulo is the training Hospital Sao Paulo of the Universidade Federal de Sao Paulo, with Med School, Medical and surgical Residencies and Post Doctoral program, in a whole the hospital has 720 beds with all the specialities.
The duties are acute care of burn patients, performing the surgeries and supervising the daily wound changes. Performing as in charge Doctor on the absence of the Chief Doctor. Guiding and Supervising Students in internship or Residentship on their rotation on the unit. Guiding Supervise and discuss the patiens with the residents of the Burn Unit.
