Tasked to lead and execute a large-scale project to relocate high value medical laser and optics manufacturing & warehouse facility from Israel to the UK. and manage to budget, reduce COGS, improve efficiency, train staff, maintain equipment, standardize work, and deploy ERP, MRP & WMS system
solutions to support businesses' growth and needs.

• Increased OEE +20% through implementation of new Engineering/Maintenance training and SOPs within the first 90 days.
