Council Members consult with GLG's clients over the phone or in person, through small group meetings or longer-term board or special advisory positions. All projects are at the Council Member's strict discretion.
• Appointed by the Board and responsible for merger of ATM Systemy Informatyczne Sp. z o.o. and KLK S.A and establishment of new commercial ICT enterprise. Laid out merger groundwork and participated in a successful IPO launch.
• Served as Interim President & CEO in 2010, led the company to the best results in history. Increased total revenues, doubled the net profit from 2009, and increased profit to revenue ratio.
• Head of Technology and Professional Services Division and Chief Technology Officer, led Pre-Sales and IT Departments. Chairman of the Project Approval and Review Board, Security Committee Chairman. Oversaw 120 technical professionals and PMs.
• Conceived and launched green field Cloud Services project. Responsible for design, implementation and launch of enterprise-centric Cloud Services IaaS platform including associated management systems. Doubled sales of Cloud Services year-to-year, maintained 100% SLA compliance.
• Directly responsible for delivery of all customer projects and services. Built top performing teams and successfully delivered numerous large‑scale and high‑complexity ICT projects ranging from €1M to €36M.
• Oversaw 100% outsourcing compliance as audited by Verizon. Delivered 20% increase in customer satisfaction metrics.
• Head-hunted directly by the CEO to establish and lead new business lines delivering technology and professional services to the highest of industry standards.
• Recruited, trained and supervised up to 120 staff, responsible for the delivery of large, complex Network & Systems Integration and Telecom projects, maintenance and managed services. Member of the Executive Team, oversaw also Logistics and internal IM&T Departments.
• Formed Technology & Professional Services Division focused on Network and Systems Integration, Application Development, HPC, Security, Managed Services, and Data Centre development. Increased revenues in spite of deteriorating market conditions. Raised gross margins, tightened client partnerships, created new business opportunities and capabilities.
• Created PMO and Quality Office. Developed and implemented project management methodology, risk management and project finance tools, created Proposal Benchmark Criteria, raised bid win rates by 50% and significantly boosted profitability. Co-Chaired Project Approval and Review Board.
• Established and managed Telecom Division (ATMAN), laid the foundation for the current position of ATMAN as a market leader in data centre, hosting services, data transmission and broadband Internet access. Oversaw ATMAN Telecom operations, developed portfolio of services, pricing structure, new services, marketing and sales.
• Responsible for successful completion of all large-scale ICT and Telecoms projects ranging from €1M to €10M. All projects completed on time, on budget, profitable, and to the highest satisfaction of customers.
• Designed and implemented new organizational structures and business processes. Oversaw design, development and implementation of in-house business tools and applications improving ATM's Operations & Project Management System.
• Pivotal in the implementation, certification and maintenance of ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, and ISO/IEC 27001 quality standards.

• Carried out development of a corporate mission and strategy for a NSIS Business Unit, broadening technical competence and delivery capabilities across the company.
• Held responsibility for business development, pre-sales, sales and contract negotiations for large projects and the delivery of projects. Oversaw P&L for the Business Unit and operated as a member of the Country Executive Team, responsible also for internal IT Department (Connectivity and Computing Services Manager).
