We distribute Pharma products, Medical Devices, Nutrition and Skin Care. We are partners with 20+ of leading brands in the market.
I’m responsible for all Operation (Whs+Transport) across the branches: Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Abha and Qassim.
Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Managing the activity of the entire Center with more 300 employees (direct and contractors)
• Overseeing daily business operation
• Developing and implementing growth strategies
• Creating and managing budgets
• Analyzing accounting and financial data
• Managing the department: Operational, Finance, Business Development, Human Resources, Maintenance, QHSSE, IT, Transport and General Services
• Running the activity in a fully automated warehouse with 110.000 pallet position distributed in a two high-bay (Food and Non Food)
• Product include: food, drinks, non ‐ food (textile, cosmetics, detergents, garden, electronics, etc), pharmacy and other
• The Operational activity consist in unloading (pallets and/or bulk), receiving, put away, replenishment, picking (automated full pallet, automated layer picking, automated box to man picking and pieces picking), loading and delivery to the client, also Value Added Services (co-packing, kitting, labeling, mixing, shrinking and other)
My responsibility is to run the activity in few warehouses in ambient and temperature control:
Bucharest:
- 86.000 sqm - Carrefour ambient and fruits an vegetables.
Pallet racks location: 38.430; not automated racks, it is a conventional racks.
In/Out trucks per day: 128 trucks (~30 pal/truck)
Activity type: Stock flow, Crossdocking for ambient and F&V (BBXD and PAXD)
Products: food, drinks, nonfood (white goods, textile, cosmetics, detergents, garden, electronics, etc)
- 7.500 sqm- Danone, Muller and other 42 clients (Ifantis, Koliba, Angst, Covalact, Cocorico, etc)
Pallet racks location: 6.500; not automated racks, it is a conventional racks.
In/Out trucks per day: ~55 trucks (~30 pal/truck)
Activity type: Stock flow, Crossdocking (BBXD and PAXD)
Products: diary products, fresh meat
- 2.500 sqm- Selgros for fruits and vegetables for all stores
Pallet racks location: cross-docking platform, no racks locations
In/Out trucks per day: ~15-20 trucks (~30 pal/truck)

Managing the current activities, prospect and implementing of new projects.
Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Managed 120, 000 sqm for ambient, fresh, fruits & vegetables and frozen
• Running the activity in this warehouse with more than 700 employees
• In/Out trucks per day: 350 vehicles (~30 pallets / vehicle)
• Pallet racks location of 65, 000
• Consists of a conventional rack, managing stock flow, crossdocking for ambient, F&V (BBXD
and PAXD) and Frozen
• Products include food, drinks, non ‐ food (white goods, textile, cosmetics, detergents,
garden, electronics, etc), frozen
• Responsible for operational department including fruits and vegetables, fresh products, food
and non‐food
• Maintaining and liaising with cross functional departments including transport, packaging,
technical, security, human resources, health and safety, fire protection, IT, etc
I was hired when the warehouse was started to be build. The construction was in sequence, module by module. We have introduced the SAP WMS and scanners. After one year we have introduced Voice picking.
Implementing KPIs for a better performance of the activity and increasing the quality.
Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Managed Sylo for 900 tons: malt and maize
• Managed raw materials, fuels, spare parts and packaging
• Implemented a new code of articles
• Changed the storage type with a new idea from pallets on the ground with a new racks
system: drive in and conventional
• Achievements: Expanded the storage location to 68 %
I was hired when the Factory was started to be build.
We have implementing the SAP WMS and scanners.
I have implementing the stock management of the spare parts for production line.
