Qa/Qc Engineer
• Ensure that quality of work is implemented base in the standard of approved Inspection and Test Plan, Method of Statement and project specification.
• Prepare/Receive inspection request from subcontractor then review validity/completeness of documentation and perform quality control inspection in accordance with approved drawings, ITP, method statement and project specifications.
• Organize daily inspection request with clients in charge engineer and get approval of major activities such as sub base preparation, blinding, waterproofing, and reinforcement installation, shutter fixing and cast of concrete for raft foundations, columns, retaining wall, core walls, suspended slabs and architectural works.
• Timely implementation of corrective actions regarding site deficiencies and non-conformities.
• Recording qa/qc records, maintaining inspection summary and report directly to Qa/qc manager.
Qa/Qc Engineer
• Ensure that quality of work is implemented base in the standard of approved ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), Method of Statement and project specification.
• Prepare/receive inspection request from various subcontractors then review validity/completeness of documentation and perform quality control inspection in accordance with approved drawings, ITP, method statement and project specifications.
• Directly in contact with client in-charge engineer or inspector to facilitate and execute inspection request and get approval of major activities such as materials delivery, mock up samples, dry wall partitions, fire stopping system application, wall/floor finishes, ceilings, waterproofing application system, reinforcement installation, formworks and casting of concrete.
• Timely implementation of corrective actions regarding site deficiencies and non conformities.
• Recording qa/qc records, maintaining inspection summary and report directly to Qa/qc managers.
Site Engineer
• Manage and control site activities in accordance with the project schedule, terms and obligation construction contract.
• Ensure objective of quality, schedule and manpower requirements are properly implemented.
• Make sure that environment, health, safety procedures and rules are strictly implemented and respected.
• Coordinate daily inspection request to the qa/qc for major works such as installation of reinforcement, formworks and casting of concrete.
• Prepare daily requisition for equipment, site materials, volume of concrete to cast and prepare daily accomplishment report submitted to construction manager.
• Prepare inspection request and coordinate with main contractor’s qa/qc inspector and attend joint inspection with client’s consultant.
• Manage and organize site activities in accordance with project schedule, terms and obligation of contracts.
• Secure that environment, health and safety procedures are strictly implemented.
• Responsible for requisition of materials, equipment, volume of concrete and organize access for major activities such as delivery of materials and cast of concrete.
• Check and monitor quality of work done by the contractor in all aspects of construction such as structural, electrical, plumbing and architectural details of the mass housing units.
• Daily site project inspection, implement correct execution and ensure project specification is respected.
• Submit and evaluate billing/payments of contractor base in the contractor’s modular activity accomplished.
• Supervised field and site construction execution, prepare schedule and manpower management with less cost on materials and labor.
• Prepare daily accomplishment report and submitted to construction manager.
• Handing over of the completed housing units in client’s satisfaction.
