Reviewed needs and quality (effectiveness, compliance, etc.) of different operational systems (DFAT & GOI policies e.g gender, disability, anti-corruption, whistle blower, procedure, etc.), tools (database, tracking, etc.) and materials and provide appropriate improvement. For instance, improved the efficiency of HR recruitment workflow.
Advised and effectively assisted to relevant GRM and PRSF Core Team relevant staff for problem solving and improvement of operational systems (including policies & procedures, Operations Manual, etc.), organizational development (staffing size, internal mobility mechanism, organizational structure, etc.), donor relations, budgeting, and operational planning.
