Re bottoming of 9 storage tanks- National oil Distribution Company-Installation of new bottom plates for 9 crude storage tanks of different sizes, demolition of all pipe supports of all inlet & out lines, fire water, foam lines and installation of new supports, new concrete apron for all tanks, repair works of dyke walls.
Engineering, Procurement installation and commissioning of crude oil spillage containment & recovery system, Tank farm - Ummsaid- Qatar Petroleum-construction of underground R.C.C. tank for the collection of crude oil spillage from the pumping area, installations of crude oil pump for re-circulation, pipe supports for the outlet line, construction of concrete drain, epoxy coating.
Rehabilitation works of gasoline storage tank T-6 in NGL - Ummsaid Qatar Petroleum-Cleaning & de-sledging of tank, installation of new roof plates, demolition of existing apron and installation of new apron around the storage tank of size 60 m Ø diameter, installation of new pipe supports for the inlet and outlet lines of gasoline, fire water and foam, construction of two numbers of ramp and culvert inside the bund wall. Repair works of concrete bund wall.
Supply, fabrication and of erection of miscellaneous steel works at various plant locations at Ras Laffan-Qatar Gas-Concrete works for the foundation of pipe line cross over and valve access platforms, erection of structural, aligning, and grouting.
Replacement of sheet materials and maintenance works of mechanical maintenance workshop at Ummsaid, Qatar Petrochemical company- Dismantling and removal of roof and side wall cladding, painting of all structural members, and installation of new factory molded sandwiched panels for the maintenance workshop of size 100 m x 42 m.
