Effective classroom teacher who applies differentiated instruction who factors students’ individual learning styles and levels of readiness first before designing the lesson plans.
A teacher who can design activities that are designed to cover various levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy thus student developing lower order thinking skills to higher order thinking skills.
Teaching the students either the same material using a variety of instructional strategies depending to the levels of the students or teaching them lessons of varying levels of difficulty based on the ability of students.
Assessing the students’ learning using formative assessment, and continually assess and adjust lesson content to meet students’ needs.
Have clear and high expectations of student attitudes by using at maximum the work place skills to ensure that students are clear about how they should behave.
Give students regular feedback and clear targets in order to help them improve.
Encourage them to reflect on the progress and support to be successful independent learners
Reflect student learning and on teaching practice to improve future effectiveness.
Work with colleagues cooperatively to evaluate teaching strategies to receiving feedback for future improvement.

Grouping students by shared interests, topic and / or ability for assignment or activities
Manage the classroom to create a safe and supportive environment for teaching and learning
Make sure that no child must be left behind in the encouraged differentiated and skill- based instruction
Give students more responsibilities for their own learning and work.
Make students to be more engaged in learning to reduce disruptive problems in classroom.
Organize the furniture arrangements to support both individual and group work.

Having high standards and expectations in achieving high quality of education despite of their disabilities
