Job Responsibilities:
• Carry Welder Qualification/PQR for Projects.
• Incoming Material Inspection.
• Check Storage of Electrode and Preservation of Materials and Electrode.
• Review of PQR/WPS.
• Witness Mechanical Testing at Lab for WPS/WQT.
• Check the Calibration of the Welding Equipment has and Gauges used in welding.
• Check Consumable is been Backing and Holding as per the MTC.
• Inspect the joint Before/During and After Welding.
• Check the Welding is been Carried as per Approved WPS.
• Visual Inspection of the Joint and Release for NDT.
• Carrying Ultrasonic Inspection on new weld joints.
• Ultrasonic testing for weld joints and lamination checking on plates and Pipe.
• Corrosion & thickness survey of pipelines
• Interpretation of Radiography Films.
• Ultrasonic testing of tie in joints in trench for pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for repair and testing of various valves.
• Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, reassembly and testing of valves.
• Thoroughly complete all documentation associated with testing.
• Witness of LPT, MPT, UT and Hardness inspection.
• Reporting of daily progress to the senior.
• Carry out the routine checklist Inspection for Lubes, Greases, and Coolants and collect the Vibration data for condition analysis and troubleshoot.
