• Maintain effective inventory levels
• Keeps Production flowing smoothly with the needed materials.
• Making the Purchase Requests for the needed materials and follow it up.
• Watching trends and demands and make sure there are enough products and manufacturing materials.
• Follow up with the stock keeper to assure the materials are in factory.
• Daily export for the material stocks.
• Check the stocks with the reminder plan to handle if there’s any shortage in materials and act accordingly
• Receive the Purchase orders From the Customers
• Turn these PO’s into Job Orders.
• Follow up with the Production to release the orders in factory
• Take Care not to delay the PO’s
• Send Mail to Stock keepers with the Quantity needed to be shipped to Customer daily.
• Handling the Customer if there are any delays.
• Achieve the Production rate / day for each line.
• Control the Production lines.
• Control the labors.
• Report the daily production to the production director.
• Calculate the Estimated production and calculate the waste.
• Report the stop times and machine crashes
