Responsibilities

2. Prepare all chemicals for lab tests.

5. Prepare ISO files and reviews
6. Reviews of quality applications in factories of biscuits, chocolate, juices, concentrates, halva and powder
7. Review implementation of specification updates and amend label data for different products to comply with legislative
requirements
Responsibilities
1. Quality Control on lines (Tetra Pack-Manual chesses-mozzarella-chesses cook) - Responsible for all microbiology
tests (T.C- M&Y-Coli form-E. Coli-Spores) and Chemical tests (Fat - protein - density - acidity...)
2. Responsible for Inspect of stores (refrigerator) used for finished product.
3. Responsible for returned products and accepted level for that.
