Responsible to maintain fully functional computer laboratories, classroom computers with respective software, Printing and scanning devices, Projectors in order to ensure availability to improve the educational program
Responsible for providing technical support for all campus users (students, staffs, faculties, and administration personnel) on Windows and Macintosh operating systems
Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM), Faronics Deep Freeze, Manage Engine Service Desk
Responsible for optimizing, troubleshooting Windows Update operation and keep all Windows clients up to date in the campus using System Center Configuration Manager
Responsible for troubleshooting software and licensing issues by communicating with product vendors
Responsible for troubleshooting network issues and enhance network performance through monitoring and performance tuning
Configure and manage Avaya Switches, Avaya Routers, Wireless controllers, DSL/ADSL Routers and Access points as required
Managing Telephone system using Avaya Unified Communication System and Avaya call pilot Manager
Responsible for setting up laptops, printers, audio and projectors for events and conferences
Responsible for creating operating system images, applications, packages in System Center Configuration Manager for remote deployment
