Job profile
1. Plan and place orders for clients VIP items, tracks stock level in the stores and makes replenishment orders according to operational needs and forecasts.
2. Responsible for the provisioning of VIP customer’s requirement of all items for their restaurants; PF Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, Shake Shack, Fat burger etc. in Kuwait and other branches.
3. Manage stock analysis, replenishment of client stock, order on demand from suppliers. Follow up of delivery of Outstanding Orders Interaction with stores in Kuwait and overseas, purchase, sales, finance, clients and suppliers.
4. Maintain the quantity of items in stock, issues, dues in, receipt and available balance and clear the discrepancies in the system.
5. Plan, control and manage the provisioning of items during the opening of any new outlets; coordinate with the legal consultant for settling the disputes of clients or suppliers.
Tasks
* Supervise and coach 4 Regional Concepts Coordinators. In addition, manage up to 50 warehouse staffs
* Increased regional sales by up to 20% in a one year period.
* Monitor of QA Auditing sessions for our warehouse operation and facility. Assure the implementation of corrective actions.
* Supervise delivery orders and follow up with warehouse delivery system.
* Enhance and improve warehouse delivery operation system and conduct staff training.
* Participate in the yearly stock take at the warehouse.
* Supervise and monitor warehouse delivery operation system and conduct staff training.
* Promote all international brands distributed by Al Ashrafiya to existing and new clients.
* Explore and source out new gourmet items from Europe and the USA.
* Handle orders from distinguished clients and follow up on their orders.
* Test and taste new products in the market and follow up on the client feedback.
* Handle customer complaints and solve them as fast as possible.
* Attend and participate in product orientation sessions and seminars
* Conduct weekly meetings with suppliers and discuss new possible markets.
* Enter pitches for new product market penetration.
* Participate in exhibitions for product promotions in different countries of the Gulf states
* Setting sales targets for individual reps and the whole team.
* Organizing and operating incentive schemes to keep sales people motivated.
* Involved in the recruitment and training process of new staff.
* Allocating territories for sales staff.
