JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Control of documents & records.
•Promote safety education on all levels.
•Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment
•Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes
•Performing Noise examination surveys, assessing the health risks to provide suitable mitigation plans.
•Employees welfare, camp inspection based on ADNOC requirements.
•Management of COVID-19 prevention program, business continuity plan, COVID-19 cases management, close contact tracing etc.,
•Develop, implement and enforce policies that reduce the risk of accidents.
•Monitor compliance with UAE Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) legislation and Contractors HSE Plan and report and follow up any breaches.
•Implement and monitor HSE assurance program.
•Develop and implement HSE Improvement Plan.
•KPI’s preparation of HSE coordinators and conduct performance appraisals.
•Hazards identification & Risk Assessments.
•Planning, organizing, conducting & reporting Internal Audits based on IMS.
•Conducting PSSR’s.
•Job Safety Analysis preparation & review.
•Organizing HSE Campaigns.
•Organizing SSHEQ Committee Monthly Meetings & preparation of MOM.
•Incident investigation, Non-conformity (including complaint), corrective & preventive action.
•SHEQ Auditing, SHEQ Inspection’s.
•LOTO system & work permit compliance.
•Site monitoring regarding SSHEQ Issues (Critical activities, Mechanical lifting, Hot jobs, BA jobs, Confine Space, excavation etc.)
•Planning & execution of Emergency Drills, arranging critic meetings and reporting.
•Providing Consultation and Information to employees & visitors.
•Ensuring welfare facilities to employees.
•Conducting SHE related trainings for employees.
•Preparation of monthly HSE statistic reports.
