joined the organization in 2022 as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) and, through consistent performance, dedication, and strong operational skills, progressed to FM, then Assistant Branch Manager, and currently serving as a Branch Manager.
During my journey, I have developed strong leadership, operational management, and customer handling skills. I am capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, managing branch operations efficiently, and ensuring smooth team coordination. I have gained hands-on experience in staff management, customer service excellence, problem solving, sales focus, and achieving operational targets.
