Project : Worker hospital & Integrated Health Center, Meesaid, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor the works of relevant mechanical Contractors (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Pneumatic tube system, Medical Gas system, VRF system, LPG system, Fuel system, BED head unit installation) to insure quality and that installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.
• Follow quality assurance procedures for review and inspection of installations throughout the project period.
• Assist in the review of materials / Material submittals to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications.
• Assist in the review of shop drawings to ensure that they are in accordance with the design and that they are coordinated and provide feedback to the design department for their action.
• Review 'As Built Drawings' and Operation and Maintenance manuals to ensure correctness, completeness and that they are in-line with the specifications.
• Preparation of BOQ as per approved drawing.
• Attend coordination meetings and anticipate potential problem areas and solve them before they occur.
• Assist in reviewing method statements and provide feedback to the appropriate personnel for their action.
• Prepare job site instructions and closely monitor the contractor's daily progress.
• Review, inspect and approve installations work of the HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Pneumatic tube system, Medical Gas system, VRF system, LPG system, Fuel system, BED head unit installation as per the approved drawing, specification and standards.
• Issue field observation report and none compliance reports (NCR).
• Witness testing and commissioning of various plant and systems.
• Generate punch list of incomplete work and follow up contractors on their progress.
• Ensure proper safety precautions are taken throughout the construction site.
• Maintain project documents and records in conformity with Technical norms, so that it can be easily retrieve in case of audits.
• Arranging daily progress meeting with contractors, weekly progress meeting with client & consultant.
• Review of T & C program.
• Preparing documents for the Authorities approval like QCDD, WOQOD & QP
Responsibilities:
• Prepare plan for installation of new Units like PAC, Air washer, Chemical Filter, AHU`s & removing of old units as per drawing if there some clashes, prepare new routes for piping, Electrical Panel, unit location. (Modification).
• Taking approvals from RIL Engineer to work in live plant.
• Preparation of BOQ as per approved drawing & Modification.
• Ensure proper safety precautions are taken throughout the construction & modification site.
• Assist in reviewing method statements and provide feedback to the appropriate personnel for their action.
• Review job site instructions and closely monitor the Sub-contractor's daily progress.
• Submit Daily Progress report to Client & prepare weekly progress plan as per available front.
• Follow quality assurance procedures for review and inspection of installations throughout the project period.
• Review, inspect and approve installations work of the DUCT, PAC, Air washer, Chemical Filter and Piping as per the approved drawing, specification and standards.
• Monitor the works of relevant mechanical (HVAC / Piping / Utilities) Sub-Contractors to insure quality and that installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.
• Assist in the review of materials to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of BOQ according to approved drawing.
• Inspect received material at site and prepare IMIR report.
• Prepare weekly, monthly schedule and overall all schedule of the project.
• Daily interfacing with Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors for preparing, scheduling and coordinating day to day activities.
• Stream line the supervisor and worker on daily basis to achieve the required daily target.
• Ensure the proper instructions and procedures are followed in execution of various activities, along with the technical specification and quality policy.
• Weekly meeting with clients and sub-contractor/worker.
• Ensure proper safety precautions are taken throughout the construction site.
• Assist in the implementation of Quality Procedures, Policies & Objectives.
• Maintain project documents and records in conformity with Technical norms, so that it can be easily retrieve in case of audits.
