Duties/Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring all kinds of Operating systems and applications e.g.
• Windows client 7, Windows client 8, Windows client 10
• Windows server 2008, Windows server 2012
• Red hat Linux
• Antivirus
• Software
• Working with user account, Microsoft office outlook e-mail set up, password policy, group policy object
• Configuring windows server 2008r2
• Create domain controller at windows server 2008r2
• Joining client computer to Domain
• Configure windows server 2012r2
• Configuring DNS and DHCP for client computer
• Configure a client computer for joining a Domain
• Deploy GPOs from DC to client computers
• Configuring RDS
• Proficiency with networking and understand concepts such as VPN, DHCP, DNS, IPv4, IP Subnets, along with routing, switching, and firewalls
• Configuring LAN, VLAN, VLAN Trunk, Layer-2 switch, port security
• Disassembling systems and rebuilding or building new ones
• Performing repairs quickly, correctly, and ethically.
• Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshooting Blue screen of death, booting issue, driver issue, slow running computer/software, computer restarting randomly issue
• Troubleshooting Computer behaving abnormal, overheating, internet issue/website issue, low memory issue

• Maintaining computer system.
• Installing and configuring Cisco Router & Switch
• Troubleshooting computer hardware and software
• Monitoring network problems
• IT infrastructure management
• IT service delivery
