 Maintained 90% scores in QHSE Performance Audits (Internal & External) and Monthly Customer Satisfaction Surveys. General Services Department was the top performer on Das Island (2018-2021).
 Revised Cycle Menus at all restaurants and maintained consistency in quality yet adhering to set budget.
 Successfully completed Das Island’s New Island Housing & Dining Facilities Master Plan to meet an increase in the population on Das Island w.e.f. 2025. As the end user and authorized representative, engaged with the ADNOC PMT, Consultants & EPC Contractors in planning the design/layouts, equipment requirements, and prepared the budget forecast in two scenarios /alternatives.
 Mobilized 5 star rated facilities (Housing, F&B, Recreational, Transportation) for Female Employees on Das Island. It was the First Time in the U.A.E., when women started working & living offshore alongside male employees.
 During the pandemic, mobilized within 14 days a full-fledged Quarantine Facility exceeding the guidelines /expectations laid down by the Public Health Authorities. 75% of the arrangements were arranged in-house, through careful cost optimizations.
 As a QHSE Internal Auditor, revised old Policies & Procedures to meet international standards.
 Introduced the 5-Years Budget Forecast for both CAPEX & OPEX requirements.
 Mobilized a Beach-side Café, 3 Food Trucks, a New Pool-side Restaurant w/HACCP-certified modern Outside Barbeque Outlets, and an Indoor Cinema. These enhanced the quality of services being provided to our offshore community.

 Upon the huge success of the QG Doha Canteen Facility, engaged with the QG PMT and Consultants once again and successfully completed an all-inclusive Proposal for a major Extension of the ageing Canteen Facility at Ras Laffan HQ.
 Revised outdated Policies & Procedures, and QHSE Forms & Guidelines.
 Introduced the Preventive Maintenance Plan, which provided top management a clear picture on budgetary forecasts /requirements. Prepared a complete list with historical data of all H/Duty Kitchen & Dining areas Equipment, and ensured that the Maintenance Contractor adheres to the schedule.

 Promoted sales of the Companys Housing Camps and associated services at remote sites in the Oil, Gas, Energy, Mining sector, and established credibility through communication in a manner that optimized the Companys market share and savings. Mobilized the local EPC Contractors and overseas Red Sea PMT Team for camp installation and handover.
 Identified business opportunities and evaluated the associated risks and financial returns.
 Prepared Commercial Offers for Tenders related to Sale of Camps, Equipment, Maintenance, Catering & Support services.
 Reviewed marketing activities with all HQ management. These activities include sales call recap, market share report, sales analysis and strategy review reports, sales promotional efforts and upcoming promotional plans.
 Revised the Company’s Corporate Brochure and QHSE Manual. Prepared Tender documentation for the Company in line with ISO standards.
