The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Cofee Bean & Tea Leaf Cafe or restaurants. This position is responsible for the overall profitability of the store/s under him/her. He/ She must have strong leadership skills and ensure compliance to top management directives. This position reports directly to the District Manager/District Manager Trainee of the area he/she is under. The Shift Supervisor must be able to work long hours and work shifting schedule which may include work during holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures profitability of the stores him/her by increasing sales, managing wastage and keeping inventory within acceptable levels.
• Communicates management directives and company policies and sees to store's compliance.
• Provides solutions to issues and concerns of the stores
• Develops managers for lead role
• Ensure total quality experience for both internal and external guests.
Bachelor Degree -Bachelor of Science Hotel and Restaurant Management
